Why Choose Beilite Silenced Type Hydraulic Breakers?
Sound Isolation (Noise and Vibration Reduction)
Beilite silenced type hydraulic breakers combine advanced vibration damping systems and a sound isolation body to significantly reduce noise and vibration without compromising impact energy. A fully enclosed body structure designed with special insulation materials isolates operating noise, while internal damping technology minimizes the transmission of vibration to the host machine. These systems increase operator comfort, reduce fatigue and ensure full compliance with strict noise regulations. The result is quieter, smoother and more efficient performance in urban, residential and sensitive working environments.
ABF Usage and Considerations
To deactivate or activate the Anti-Blank Hit Prevention (ABF) function on your Beilite breaker, follow these technical steps in sequence: ① place the crusher on a level and solid ground; ② relieve residual pressure in the hydraulic system to ensure safety; ③ close the shut-off valve; ④ remove the plug of the ABF valve; ⑤ carefully remove the ABF valve; ⑥ check the valve orientation; note that the threaded end must face outwards to activate the ABF function and inwards to deactivate it; ⑦ install the ABF valve according to your operational requirements; ⑧ check the plug and O-ring for damage and replace if necessary, then reinstall and tighten the plug; ⑨ finally, note that the ABF function is disabled by default at the factory.
Dust Resistant Design
Beilite silenced type hydraulic breakers feature a special dust resistant tip and bushing system. Designed with angled edges to deflect debris and dust away from the cylinder, this structure is optimized for heavily dusty environments. This enhanced protection ensures that the impact force remains stable and significantly extends the service life of the breaker, even in the harshest operating conditions.
How to Choose Beilite Hydraulic Breaker Automatic Lubrication Pump Options?

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the noise reduction capacity compared to standard crushers?
The Beilite (BLT) Silenced Series significantly reduces noise levels, typically achieving a reduction in perceived sound pressure of between and compared to standard open-type breakers. This is made possible by our fully enclosed box-type housing and internal vibration damping components that absorb sound waves and prevent metal-to-metal acoustic resonance.
Do BLT crushers comply with EU noise and safety regulations?
Yes, it is. All BLT Silenced Type crushers, CE certificate requirements and noise emissions in the environment EU Directive 2000/14/EC‘s noise limitations and to meet and exceed them. This compliance ensures that our equipment is authorized for use in noise-restricted urban areas and on strictly regulated European construction sites.
Does Beilite offer OEM or Custom Branding services?
Absolutely. Comprehensive for our global partners Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) services. Thanks to our advanced production facility, we can customize specifications, color schemes and branding according to your fleet or dealership requirements. This allows you to offer the same premium BLT quality under your own brand identity.
How reliable is the availability of spare parts?
For our users maximum operating time we maintain a strong global supply chain. Original spare parts, including chisels (nails), seal kits, diaphragms and front housings, are stocked at our regional distribution centers. Our standardized manufacturing process ensures that each component is precision engineered for a perfect fit, facilitating quick maintenance and long-term serviceability.
